For subscribers, we use your information to display your business listing, process subscription payments, send account notifications, and verify listing accuracy.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Subscriber business listing content is publicly visible in our directory by design. We may share non-public information with service providers who assist in operating our platform, when required by law, or with your consent.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and regular security audits. Payment information is handled entirely by Base44 Payments and is never stored on our servers.

5. Sensitive Personal Information

Race and ethnicity are classified as Sensitive Personal Information under applicable data privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other applicable regulations. When a subscriber voluntarily identifies their business as women-owned, minority-owned, veteran-owned, or under other demographic categories, this information is published in our public business directory alongside their listing.

• Obtaining explicit consent from subscribers before publishing any demographic data
• Maintaining this clear and accessible Privacy Policy
• Using secure, encrypted data storage for all sensitive information
• Providing an easily accessible data deletion request form for subscribers to request immediate removal of their data
• Processing data deletion requests within 30 days of receipt
